Forces you to rate it

It asks you to rate it and only gives you the choices of being reminded later or rating it now. If you click "remind me later," it keeps asking you. My daughter has been asked twice in 15 minutes. There should be an option that lets you opt out of rating immediately.
So far, my 6 year old is enjoying it. She acted like it was dumb at first, but 15 minutes later seems to be enjoying it.
